FEES

• To secure your Wedding date, a £200 booking fee is required. This fee covers the cost of your trial along with any admin. This fee is non-refundable. ​

• By paying the booking fee you are accepting these Terms & Conditions.

• Final invoices are sent to the email address provided 2 months prior to your Wedding date. You will have 2 weeks to pay this in full.

BOOKINGS

• All bookings must include a Bride + 2 other services minimum​

• You must confirm final numbers 3 months prior to your Wedding date

• If your final numbers fall below the minimum this could result in a cancellation or a premium cost to be added to make up for the loss. 

• Any bookings with a large bridal party or an early start might require extra Artists which will be agreed at time of booking or at the trial.

• A new quote will be issued at each amendment and agreed by both parties.

TRIALS

• Trials are to be held at EX3 0DA approximately ​3 to 6 months prior to your Wedding date, unless otherwise agreed.

• Trial fees are covered by your booking fee. Any extra costs i.e bridal party trials, travel to another location ... these will be invoiced separately ahead of the trial date.

TRAVEL, PARKING, ACCOMMODATION

• All travel is charged at 50p a mile from Grace's location to the address provided.​

• Any parking charges are to be agreed before your final invoice is sent out.

• Any distances over 2 hours will require overnight accommodation.

• Any travel costs incurred from the trial will be invoiced separately prior to your trial.

CANCELLATIONS

• Wedding cancellations with 3 months notice or more will not require any further payments​

• Wedding cancellations between 2 and 3 months will require 50% of your final payment.

• Wedding cancellations under 2 months notice will require final payment in full. 

• All booking fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. 

ILLNESS/EMERGANCY

• In an extreme case should Grace not be able to attend your Wedding, a replacement Artist will be found. If a replacement cannot be found, a refund of your final balance will be issued where applicable.​

USE OF IMAGES

• By agreeing to these T&Cs you are giving Grace consent to contact your photographer to access any professional photos and use these of social media and the website for promotional purposes.​

• Please let Grace know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed/filmed or for your professional photos to be used.
